A photovoltaic structure, glass/-print, showing and under (tungsten halogen) intensity has been developed on commercial -coated glass from chemically deposited thin films of CdS , , and , and subsequently heating the layer at in contact with a chemically deposited Se thin film. The reaction between and in the Se vapor forms p-type thin film with a bandgap . The methodology for preparing all-chemically deposited photovoltaic structures at process temperatures or below presented here is compatible with solar cell technology.
