GnRH analog, leuprorelin acetate, promotes regeneration of rat spermatogenesis after severe chemical damage

Abstract

The results demonstrated that leuprorelin administered after chemical testicular damage enhanced the recovery of spermatogenesis. At the same time, a possible significant side-effect of leuprorelin was noted.
