Slow channel congenital myasthenic syndrome responsive to a combination of fluoxetine and salbutamol

Abstract

This case suggests that salbutamol, which is beneficial in some other congenital myasthenic syndromes, might also be considered in addition to fluoxetine in slow channel syndrome.
