Abstract

Adsorption of cinnamic, caffeic, and ferulic acids on the surface of highly dispersed silica from aqueous solutions is studied. The dependence of the structure of adsorption complexes on the molecular structure of adsorbates is determined. Values of free energies of solvation and adsorption of acids are calculated with allowance for solvation effects.
