Experimental Consistency of Multi-Reggeism in a High-Energy Reaction

Abstract

The reactions ${\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}+p\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}+X+p$, $X\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}+{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$, for incident ${\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ energy of 25 BeV, has been analyzed within the framework of the multi-Regge exchange model.
