Roan et al. (1950 reported the results of studies with P32 labelled organic phosphates. The effect of solvents on the permeabilities of these compounds, the rates of distribution through the tissues of the American roach and the rates of excretion of these compounds by the same insect were presented in the above mentioned paper. The investigation under review represents a continuation of these studies.
