Potential Theory Calculations by the Quasiparticle Method

Abstract

The quasiparticle method is used to find binding energies, scattering lengths, and cross sections for one particle in a strong Yukawa, Hulth\'en, or exponential potential. The results are excellent in the lowest approximation.
