Neutron-proton elastic scattering between 200 and 500 MeV. III. Phase shift analysis

Abstract

Data on ${D}_{t}$, ${R}_{t}$, ${A}_{t}$, and $P$ lead to unique and accurate $\mathrm{np}$ phase shift solutions at 210, 325, 425, and 515 MeV.
