Ramipril dose-dependently increases nitric oxide availability in the radial artery of essential hypertension patients

Abstract

Treatment with ramipril at a higher dosage induced a greater improvement in NO-dependent vasodilation compared with the lower antihypertensive dosage in hypertensive patients.
