Bilaminar techniques for the treatment of recession‐type defects. A comparative clinical study

Abstract

The proposed modification of the bilaminar technique improved the aesthetic outcome. The reduced size and minimal thickness of connective tissue graft, together with its positioning apical to the CEJ, facilitated graft coverage by means of the coronally advanced flap.
