Xeroradiography of the Larynx

Abstract

Examination of the larynx and the perilaryngeal soft tissues via plain lateral xeroradiography and anteroposterior thick-cut xerotomography is described. Due to the edge-enhancement effect inherent in the xeroradiograph method, clarity of delineation of the larynx approaches that of positive contrast laryngography.
