Reaction of Diphenyl Phosphorochloridate with Amide Enolates: A new and convenient synthesis of 2‐monosubstituted 3‐(<i>n</i>‐methyl‐<i>n</i> ‐phenylamino)‐2<i>H</i>‐azirines

Abstract

Abstract Reaction of diphenyl phosphorochloridate with amide enolates and subsequent treatment with NaN 3 leads to 2‐monosubstituted 3‐amino‐2 H ‐azirines 5 in moderate yields. The reactivity of these azirines is briefly explored.
