Comparison of Diaket and MTA when used as root-end filling materials to support regeneration of the periradicular tissues

Abstract

Both Diaket and MTA can support almost complete regeneration of the periradicular periodontium when used as root-end filling materials in periradicular surgery on noninfected teeth.
