Etiology of vitreous hemorrhage in a tertiary eye care center in Nepal

Abstract

Proliferative diabetic retinopathy, retinal vasculitis and branch retinal vein occlusion are the most common causes of vitreous hemorrhage in adults whereas in children trauma is the commonest cause.
