Abstract

The S and D antegrade waves normally seen in PVF are replaced by a continuous antegrade wave in ASD. Atrial reversal wave is also reduced. PVF waveform becomes normal after ASD closure. TTE PVF Doppler pattern can help estimate ASD hemodynamics.
