TREATMENT OF REMOTE TYPE II AXIS FRACTURES IN THE ELDERLY

Abstract

According to our preliminary study, the technique appears to be feasible for remote axis fractures within 12 months of trauma, and it seems to be safe for elderly patients. Further data from additional studies are needed.
