A Longitudinal and Retrospective Study of PTSD Among Older Prisoners of War

Abstract

Both longitudinal and retrospective data support a PTSD symptom pattern of immediate onset and gradual decline, followed by increasing PTSD symptom levels among older survivors of remote trauma.
