Isolierung und Strukturaufklärung epimerer 1(5),6‐Guaiadiene aus Tolubalsam

Abstract

Isolation and Structure Elucidation of Epimeric 1(5,)6‐Guaiadienes from Tolubalsam Two epimeric 1(5),6‐guaiadienes, which have very similar spectroscopic properties, were isolated from tolubalsam. Their structures were elucidated by NMR spectroscopy, acid‐catalyzed isomerization of γ‐gurjunene, and Diels‐Alder reactions.
