Should We Give Prophylactic “Renal‐Dose” Dopamine After Coronary Artery Bypass Surgery?

Abstract

Prophylactic dopamine administration after coronary artery bypass grafting surgery improves patient hemodynamic and renal status, reduces the need for additional medical support (inotropes and furosemide) and thus, provides stable postoperative course.
