Home-Based Palliative Care Services for Underserved Populations

Abstract

Data on outcomes and quality indicators of HBPC programs are scant, especially among immigrant Asian and Pacific Islanders patients. Our experience demonstrates the effectiveness of palliative care approaches in this population.
