Cranial Base Reconstruction after Transsphenoidal Surgery with Bioabsorbable Implants: Technical Note

Abstract

Polylactide polymer implants are effective adjuncts in transsphenoidal surgery when cranial base reconstruction is necessary and when an endogenous osseous or cartilaginous graft is unavailable.
