The structure of shock waves and solitons propagating oblique to a magnetic field in a warm plasma is analyzed. The calculations are based on two-fluid equations including resistive dissipation. A classification scheme for the various structures obtained as the shock speed and plasma parameters vary is given. The problem of high Mach number shock structure is also discussed.
