Two-band photometry is presented for 1561 galaxies in the field of the spiral-rich cluster A 1367. The faint end of the cluster luminosity function |$\text{to}\,{M}_\text{B}\,\approx\,-\,15.5)$| is consistent with that of the Local Group when sources of incompleteness are properly taken into account. The mean mass-to-luminosity ratio for galaxies in the cluster is M/L = 74 solar units on the assumption that M/L is equal for them all, somewhat smaller than on the conventional assumption of equal masses. A colour-magnitude diagram is constructed.
