Endoscopic treatment of sinonasal papilloma: a 12 year review

Abstract

A total of 55 patients were included in this study; 32 patients (58%) were treated exclusively by an endoscopic approach and 23 (42%) were treated by a combined approach. Minimal follow-up was 3 years. The overall recurrence rate was 7%. All recurrences occurred at the initial site and the average delay between surgery and recurrence was 30 months (14 months to 4 years).
