Isolated cerebral <i> Aspergillus</i> granuloma with no obvious source of infection

Abstract

Isolated intracerebral aspergillus granulomas are rare and pose a diagnostic challenge. Fungal granulomas should be considered in the differential diagnosis of intracerebral inflammatory pathologies.
