Proteasome inhibitor interacts synergistically with autophagy inhibitor to suppress proliferation and induce apoptosis in hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract

The current results indicated that simultaneous targeting of the proteasome and autophagy pathways may represent a promising method for HCC treatment.
