A 1.8Gpulses/s UWB Transmitter in 90nm CMOS

Abstract

This paper describes a UWB transmitter that uses an FIR pulse generator for accurate pulse shaping and spectrum control in order to achieve a high data rate while complying with the FCC spectral limits.
