Use of carbonylditriazole in peptide synthesis

Abstract

Abstract N,N ′‐Carbonyldi‐s‐triazole is shown to be a useful peptide‐forming reagent. Advantages over other reagents are: (1) low degree of racemization, (2) applicability in dimethylformamide, a solvent for both small and large peptides.
