The conditions of generation of twisted (ring-like) structures of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) in the medium of polymer composite matrices are investigated. The methods for estimation of these structures are proposed within the framework of fractal analysis; their role in generation of mechanical properties of materials is analyzed. A sharp decrease of the level of interphase interactions with decrease in the radius of CNT ring-like structures is shown. The growth of this parameter leads to an increase of the elasticity modulus and to a decrease in the viscosity of the melt of CNT-filled polymer composites.
