Multicenter Phase II Trial of Weekly Paclitaxel in Women With Metastatic Breast Cancer

Abstract

Weekly paclitaxel therapy was well tolerated and demonstrated reasonable activity in this relatively heavily pretreated population with advanced disease. Further study of weekly paclitaxel in combination therapy is warranted.
