Abstract

We report two brothers afflicted with extreme sebaceous hyperplasia of the face and the neck, with considerable sebaceous hyperplasia, but no acne. Biopsy confirmed a simple isolated sebaceous hyperplasia. This familial dermatosis has apparently not been described previously.
