Comorbidity and prognosis in head and neck cancers: Differences by subsite, stage, and human papillomavirus status

Abstract

Comorbidity was prognostic in subsets of nasopharyngeal, oropharyngeal, oral cavity, and laryngeal cancers. Comorbidity may be a partial surrogate for age and social habits.
