Ionic liquids in the electrochemical valorisation of CO₂

Abstract

This work reviews the use of ionic liquids in electrochemical approaches for the valorisation of CO₂into value-added products, highlighting the beneficial role that ionic liquids can play in improving CO₂electrovalorisation processes.
