AbstractAlthough the Chinese Communist have been effective in achieving their goals, one must bear in mind that in achieving them they were being counter-productive in the social and economic sense. The more effective the measure, the more destructive it was. As such, had China been /ess effective in terms of her communication policies and strategies, today she would be much better off economically. Additional informationNotes on contributorsLeonard L.
