Nickel oxyhydroxide anode is effective green tools for the electrooxidation of aminofurazans to azofurazans in<italic>ca</italic>. 1% aqueous NaOH at 20 °C. The reaction is simple and convenient, eliminating the use of expensive and toxic organic or inorganic oxidants.
