Miltefosine and polyhexamethylene biguanide: a new drug combination for the treatment of <i><scp>A</scp>canthamoeba</i> keratitis

Abstract

This in vivo study demonstrates that a miltefosine-polyhexamethylene biguanide combination is highly effective for the treatment of Acanthamoeba keratitis.
