Abstract

Administration of unilobar SIRT to the right liver lobe in patients with HCC resulted in a significant degree of contralateral left lobe hypertrophy. Patients with hepatitis B experienced a greater degree of hypertrophy than those with hepatitis C or alcoholic liver cirrhosis.
