Is religiosity related to periodontal health among the adult Jewish population in Jerusalem?

Abstract

Religiosity had a protective effect against periodontitis through extrinsic and intrinsic pathways. This should be considered as part of aetiology and prognosis, in potential prevention and care of periodontitis.
