Genetic basis of apnoea of prematurity and caffeine treatment response: role of adenosine receptor polymorphisms

Abstract

Our results indicate a role for adenosine receptor gene polymorphisms in susceptibility to AOP and BPD and in interindividual variability to caffeine response.
