Nonobstructive Circumcaval (Retrocaval) Ureter

Abstract

Two cases of circumcaval ureter without obstruction are described. The diagnosis of circumcaval ureter should be considered in the evaluation of a patient with medial deviation of the right ureter to the pedicles of L3 and L4, even in the absence of hydronephrosis.
