Abstract

Patients with cardiac comorbidity are less likely to receive cardiotoxic agents. Use of cardiotoxic agents is common; treatment is related to patient and tumor characteristics and is associated with substantial risk of cardiotoxicity that persists during patients' remaining lifespan.
