Hypothalamic Syndrome and Central Sleep Apnoea Associated with Toluene Exposure

Abstract

We describe a young man who developed extensive hypothalamic dysfunction including diabetes insipidus, adipsia, hyperprolactinaemia, and poikiliothermia together with central sleep apnoea following exposure to toluene.
