Enhanced electrochemical performance of hierarchical CoFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>/MnO<sub>2</sub>/C nanotubes as anode materials for lithium-ion batteries

We report a facile preparation of MnO<sub>2</sub> nanosheet-coated CoFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> nanofibers containing carbon for lithium ion batteries. The CoFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>/MnO<sub>2</sub>/C nanotubes exhibit a reversible capacity of 713.6 mA h g<sup>−1</sup> at 100 mA g<sup>−1</sup> after 250 cycles.
