Human lung microRNA profiling in pulmonary arterial hypertension secondary to congenital heart defect

Abstract

The current study revealed for the first time that microRNAs may be important regulators in pulmonary arterial hypertension secondary to congenital heart disease, and demonstrated the correlation between microRNA-27b and pulmonary arterial hypertension with the implication of NOTCH1.
