Abstract Fractions of poly‐α‐methylstyrene of molecular weights below 15,000 have been prepared. Measurements of molecular weight, intrinsic viscosity and heats of solution have been made in cyclohexane, toluene, and results have been applied to the correction of heats of polymerization, for phase change and heats of solution.
