Two spontaneous tumors in the same testis of a C3H Heston mouse which also had a spontaneous mammary tumor, are described. The larger one had a tubular adenomatous structure and resembled a typical Sertoli cell tumor. The other was made up of sheets of granular polygonal cells characteristic of interstitial cell tumors. The remaining testicular tissue and the prostate were atrophic. This, together with the presence of a mammary tumor suggest that the Sertoli cell tumor was probably estrogen-producing.
