Surveillance for geographic and secular trends in congenital syphilis--United States, 1983-1991.

Abstract

These data indicate where CS prevention efforts need to be targeted. To facilitate reporting of CS cases, CDC has developed a) a shorter form for reporting cases of CS after 1991 and b) a software package for use by state and local health departments to enter and analyze CS data.
