Somerville, Henson, Cooke, Farquharson & Goldblatt, 1956) we reported the results of investigations into the distribution of 2-[8-_4C]naphthylamine in the rat and rabbit, after intraperitoneal injection. We now present the results of similar studies on several different animal species, together with some observations on the absorption of the material into the blood stream through the skin and through the bladder wall.
