<scp>IOTA</scp> simple rules for discriminating between benign and malignant adnexal masses: prospective external validation

Abstract

Application of the IOTA simple rules yielded acceptable results in terms of specificity in the hands of non-expert examiners. However, with non-expert examiners there was a 12% false-negative rate, which is relatively high.
