This paper takes an unorthodox narrative approach to (re)-write the management discourse of Chile. Using two contrasting narrative perspectives (voices), it reflects upon historical and cultural events that triggered the imposition of this discourse under which all of Chile's societal arrangements were re-constructed and where voices of dissent were silenced, marginalized or destroyed.
